80 euros is payable to the keyholder per week this is not included in the rental price. This is for a full clean at the end of your stay.  We pride ourselves on having a high level of cleanliness. optional -If you stay is over 2 weeks there will be a linen change and brief clean through of the apartment at an agreed time, this will cost 45 euros, payable to the keyholder.  Check in is after 4pm, check out is before 10am. If the apartment is available for a late check outs prices from £25. It may be possible to check in earlier if there is not a guest there the night before.  Late  arrivals or delayed flights after 8pm check in is extra 20-40 euros payable to key holder.   You will be met by our keyholder Lou at the apartment they will show you around & hand over the keys - On your departure they will meet you again to collect the keys. A £150 security deposit is payable when the balance is due. protects against major breakages, excessive cleaning, lost keys damage to property or property furnishings,this is refundable if none of the above apply.

Someone will meet you at the apartment to show you around, a safe is available, the apartment has an alarm/security system.

Notes on prices   Prices shown are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Discounts are given for bookings of more than 2 weeks or long term lets. Entry to the apartment is after 4.00pm UNLESS the apartment is vacant on the day of arrival then access can be gained before. £25 per part day.   Earyl/Late/delayed into early or late arrivals/departures, night departures & arrivals will have a slight charge. 20-40 euros.
