80 euros is payable to the keyholder per week this is not included in the rental price. This is for a full clean at the end of your stay.  We pride ourselves on having a high level of cleanliness. If you stay is over 2 weeks there will be a linen change and brief clean through of the apartment at an agreed time, this will cost 45 euros, payable to the keyholder.  Check in is after 4pm, check out is before 10am. If the apartment is available for a late check outs prices from £25. It may be possible to check in earlier if there is not a guest there the night before.  Late  arrivals or delayed flights after 8pm check in is extra 20-40 euros payable to key holder.  You will be met by our keyholder Lou at the apartment they will show you around & hand over the keys - On your departure they will meet you again to collect the keys. Linen & towels supplied (but not beach towels) Please note; prices are subject to change. prices fixed once deposit is received.  Nearest Airports for the Hampshire areas -Murcia or Alicante. From Bourmouth to Murcia (San Javier) with Ryan air, or Southampton to Alicante with Flybe. Gatwick flights to either airport. A £100 security deposit is payable on booking.

Someone will meet you at the apartment to show you around, a safe is available, the apartment has an alarm/security system.

Notes on prices Prices shown are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Discounts are given for bookings of more than 2 weeks or long term lets. Prices are subject to change on unbooked holiday dates. Contact us for details.   Changeover day Change over day can be flexible. The apartment must be vacated by 10.00am. Entry to the apartment is after 4.00pm UNLESS the apartment is vacant on the day of arrival then access can be gained before. £25 per part day. Earyl/Late/delayed into early or late arrivals/departures, night departures & arrivals will have a slight charge. 20-30 euros.
